The $1 Can Project

My friends, I have long had a dream of constructing a collaborative directory that lists all the locations for vending machines that still only charge $1 for a soft drink can. Such a thing has gotten scarce over the last few years, in Penrith there used to be a couple near Big W in the Penrith Plaza, but these jumped up in price to $1.20 or something ridiculous like that. THIS IS A PAGE JUST FOR $1 SOFTDRINKS. Please let us know if you know of any and we will list it on this page, your name or username will be listed in italics next to any locations you scout for the project.

NSW - Sydney
Blacktown (Western Sydney, NSW, Australia)
Vending Machine McQ
- In the lobby of SWR FM, a community radio station located at the Blacktown showground.
- This may be hard to get to if you are not already a member or a guest of SWR FM as they tend to keep the front door locked. But if they let you through said front door you will be in the promised land of frosty $1 cans of softdrink... I didn't take note of which flavours, but it definitely had Coke cans.
