what happened and how did we get here?
wine has been around for a rough 9000 years, give or take a few weeks and dependent on which researcher yells the loudest about the exact date of something they cannot determine. (neither of whom are right, but they'll yell louder to tell me they are).
borne from georgia it spread thickly through europe and then slowly filtered throughout the world by the booming ocean trade that was the driving force of the time. purchase was found in america via the spanish unloading to mexico and its foothold in australia was with the first fleet. this was all well received if nothing but naive.
